Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select the reason for your return and generate a prepaid UPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack Your Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes in their original Dansko brand box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton, ensuring the prepaid label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
